Let Go Generals!!
This week has been a flurry of exciting activity getting everyone and every detail ready for the Big Games this Saturday. Coaches will let players know what time they will need to be at the buses. It is a long day so plan on sending snacks with your players. Players need to also bring their own water, there is no communal water on the field.
We returned the helmet Masks that we purchased as Oregon is the only state in the country that has not approved them. So the club has purchased black Gator masks for all the players. We are hoping we don’t have to purchase many more so please help your player keep track of theirs. Just Kidding, we know that’s not possible😂.

Volunteers needed
We will sometimes need a 4 person crew for Chains (No experience needed, they will show you before the game) when we host the game. Please email back if you can help with this. You will need to fill out the background check info. Takes about 5minutes and a few days to be approved. Need is for JV and Varsity (Varsity senior parents will have priority)
Do you think you would be a good live stream filmer?
We need a helper for Kurt Borchardt who will be managing the live streaming for JV. (No experience needed) This will get you on the field for every game!
Our SnapRaise fundraiser is getting closer to our goal.
Thanks so much to all the friends and family that have participated so far! We still have 2 weeks left so parents sharing on their social media or putting up flyers at work make a big difference. Football costs 4xs as much as every other sport in high school and fees are the same for all. Football also has the highest participation of disadvantaged youth than any sport at Grant. We have coaches that have spent a lot of extra time training this year, then the normal season. Businesses also don’t have the funds for sponsorships this year. So our fundraising efforts are very important.
Thank you!!
