Generals:
We need to get stronger physically and mentally. There are ways to achieve this...but they might be out one's "comfort zone". Participating in combative sports like Wrestling, Rugby and Lacrosse. Participating in Track to develop your athleticism - jumping...and speed! These sports are not easy...but...nothing worthwhile is achieved easily.
Take a look at the best players at the college and the NFL level...it is not a secret...that to get to that level takes sacrifice by players and even parents. (If a student-athlete is interested in gaining a potential college scholarship (tough to come by)...they are limited in a lot of sports...however football has by far the most scholarships.)
There is a place for every player...a roll for every player...the "Life Lessons" learned are so valuable...keep recruiting - the more participants - the better. :)
